Delete Account

Request deletion of your FunBase account and associated personal data linked to our apps.

Users may request account deletion by contacting: support@funbase.pro
Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, associated personal data will be removed or anonymized, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.

How to request deletion

Email support@funbase.pro with the subject line “Account Deletion Request,” or use the form below. Please include:

  • The email address associated with your account or app usage
  • The FunBase app name
  • Your platform (iOS or Android)
  • Any username, user ID, or other details that help us locate your account

What gets deleted

  • Account profile details tied to FunBase apps
  • Support history linked to your email, where feasible
  • App-associated personal data stored by FunBase

What may remain

  • Purchase and subscription records retained by Apple or Google
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you
  • Records we are legally required to keep for a limited period
