Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the FunBase website and all current and future FunBase mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Last updated: September 8, 2026

1. Introduction

FunBase (“FunBase,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the developer and operator of mobile applications and this website (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any FunBase app or this website, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

This policy is designed to be generic and reusable across all FunBase applications, including apps published now and apps we may release in the future, unless a specific app provides a supplemental notice.

2. Who operates the Services

The Services are operated by FunBase, a mobile app publisher. For privacy questions, support requests, and data rights requests, contact us at support@funbase.pro.

This Privacy Policy is intended for use as the privacy policy URL for FunBase apps distributed on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

3. Scope

This Privacy Policy covers:

  • All FunBase mobile applications distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • The FunBase website and related support pages
  • Customer support communications sent to support@funbase.pro
  • Third-party services integrated into our apps, including advertising and analytics providers described below

4. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on the app you use, the features you enable, your device settings, and applicable platform requirements. We may collect the following categories:

4.1 Information you provide

  • Name, email address, and message content when you contact support
  • Account information if an app offers registration, sign-in, profiles, or cloud-synced features
  • Feedback, bug reports, feature requests, and other content you voluntarily submit
  • Information needed to process account deletion or privacy requests

4.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device information (for example, device model, operating system version, app version, language, and time zone)
  • Diagnostics and performance data (for example, crash logs, stability events, and technical error reports)
  • Usage data (for example, feature interactions, session frequency, and in-app navigation patterns)
  • Network information such as IP address and general connectivity status
  • Advertising identifiers (such as Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or Google Advertising ID), where permitted by platform rules and your consent or settings
  • Approximate location derived from IP address; we do not collect precise GPS location unless an app clearly requests it and you grant permission

4.3 Permissions

Some FunBase apps may request device permissions (for example, microphone, camera, storage, notifications, or photos) only when needed for a stated feature. You can deny or revoke permissions in your device settings. Denying a permission may limit related functionality but will not prevent you from using unrelated features where possible.

5. How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services
  • Personalize in-app experiences where relevant
  • Respond to support requests, bug reports, feature requests, account inquiries, and privacy questions
  • Monitor performance, diagnose problems, and improve stability and usability
  • Measure analytics and understand how our apps are used
  • Display, measure, and optimize advertisements in free or ad-supported apps
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
  • Communicate important service or policy updates when appropriate

6. Advertising (including Google AdMob)

Some FunBase apps may display advertisements using third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. When AdMob or similar advertising services are used, information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app activity, and diagnostic data may be collected or received by Google to deliver ads, measure performance, personalize ads where allowed, and prevent fraud.

This means advertising-related data may be shared with Google (and other advertising partners, if used) for advertising, measurement, and fraud-prevention purposes. FunBase does not sell personal information for money.

6.1 App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, if an app seeks to track you for personalized advertising across apps or websites owned by other companies, we will request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt where required. Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is accessed for tracking purposes only if you grant permission. If you deny tracking permission, the app may still show ads that are less personalized, subject to platform and partner capabilities.

6.2 Advertising preferences

Ad personalization may also depend on your device settings and regional consent requirements (for example, in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions). You can typically manage advertising preferences through:

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising
  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads (or equivalent device settings)
  • In-app or platform consent options where presented

7. Analytics and Firebase services

We may use Google Firebase and related Google services to understand app usage, improve product quality, measure feature performance, and operate app infrastructure. Depending on the app configuration, this may include:

  • Firebase Analytics — app opens, screen views, in-app interactions, device and usage events
  • Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports, stack traces, and diagnostic data to improve stability (where enabled)
  • Firebase Performance Monitoring — performance and network timing metrics (where enabled)
  • Firebase Remote Config — configuration values used to manage app features (where enabled)
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — push notification delivery tokens and related messaging data (where enabled)

These services may collect identifiers, device data, diagnostics, and event information. Analytics and related Firebase data may be shared with Google as the service provider that processes this information to provide the Firebase / Google services we enable.

8. Third-party services

Depending on the app, we may use trusted third-party providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, cloud infrastructure, authentication, payments processing through app stores, messaging, and advertising. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and are required to protect data in accordance with applicable agreements and laws.

Third-party services that may be used across FunBase apps include, without limitation:

  • Google AdMob (advertising)
  • Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging, and related Firebase services (where enabled)
  • Apple App Store and Google Play Store (distribution, payments, and platform services)

Your interactions with third-party services are also governed by those providers’ privacy policies. Key third-party privacy resources include:

9. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • With Google and advertising/analytics partners when an app uses AdMob, Firebase, or similar services, for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, messaging, measurement, and fraud prevention
  • With service providers who help us operate, analyze, advertise, secure, or support the Services
  • With platform operators (Apple, Google) as required for distribution, payments, compliance, or store operations
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
  • To protect the rights, safety, and security of FunBase, our users, or the public
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections

If you use an ad-supported FunBase app with AdMob and/or Firebase enabled, you should expect that certain device, usage, diagnostic, and advertising-identifier data is both collected through the app and shared with Google for those purposes. This is consistent with how those SDKs operate and with typical Google Play Data safety and Apple App Privacy disclosures.

10. California privacy notice (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including rights to know, delete, and correct certain personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

FunBase does not sell personal information for money. However, the use of third-party advertising and analytics services (such as Google AdMob and Firebase) may involve disclosure of identifiers and usage data to those partners for advertising and analytics purposes. Under California law, some of those disclosures may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can limit certain ad personalization and tracking through your device settings, ATT prompts on iOS (where shown), and by contacting us at support@funbase.pro.

To submit a California privacy request, email support@funbase.pro with the subject line “California Privacy Request.”

11. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, improving products, and complying with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data, product needs, and legal requirements.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it so it can no longer reasonably be associated with you.

12. Data security and encryption

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

Where FunBase transmits personal information over the internet in connection with the Services, we use encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS). Third-party providers we use, including Google services such as AdMob and Firebase, also apply their own security and encryption practices as described in their documentation.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to FunBase, contact us at support@funbase.pro, and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.

14. International data transfers

FunBase may process and store information in countries other than the country where you live, including through service providers such as Google. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we take appropriate steps to protect information transferred internationally.

15. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable

To exercise these rights, email support@funbase.pro. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You may also control certain data collection through device permissions, advertising settings, App Tracking Transparency prompts on iOS, and other platform privacy controls.

16. Privacy choices

You can learn about and manage privacy choices for FunBase apps here:

  • Support — ask privacy questions or request help managing your data
  • Delete Account — request account and associated data deletion
  • support@funbase.pro — submit access, correction, deletion, or advertising-preference requests
  • Device settings — manage permissions, ad personalization, and tracking preferences

Apple App Store Connect may optionally list this Privacy Policy page, or the Support / Delete Account pages, as a Privacy Choices URL.

17. Account deletion and data deletion

Users may request account deletion and removal of associated personal data by contacting support@funbase.pro or by using our Delete Account page.

Upon a verified request, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, except where we must retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Purchase and subscription records managed by Apple or Google remain subject to those platforms’ policies and retention practices.

18. Do Not Track and similar signals

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to these signals across mobile apps and websites, our practices are described in this Privacy Policy and controlled through the settings and consent options available on your device and in our Services.

19. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational updates. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the website, in-app notice, or other reasonable means.
